01 Digital Products
Digital products include custom avatars, digital portraits, wallpapers, invitation card designs, and any other artwork delivered as a file.
- Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our artists begin work immediately.
- Digital files are typically delivered within 48–72 hours via WhatsApp and/or email.
- Complex orders (families of 4+, detailed backgrounds, multiple characters) may take up to 5 business days.
- You will receive high-resolution PNG and JPEG files, suitable for printing at any size.
- If you have not received your files within the stated timeframe, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
02 Physical Products — India
Physical products include DIY coloring kits, fridge magnets, keychains, stickers, sketches, paintings, crochet items, and resin art.
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days of order confirmation (custom items may take longer).
- Standard delivery within India typically takes 3–7 additional business days after dispatch.
- Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge.
- A tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp and email once your order is dispatched.
- We currently ship to all states and union territories in India.
03 International Shipping
- We ship worldwide from our studio in Indore, India.
- International shipping typically takes 7–21 business days depending on the destination country.
- Customs clearance in the destination country may add additional time.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT (if applicable) are entirely the buyer's responsibility. We are not able to predict or cover these costs.
- International orders are shipped via registered tracked international post or a premium courier at checkout.
04 Shipping Charges
05 Damaged or Lost Orders
- If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- If your tracked order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us and your local post office. We will assist in raising an investigation with the courier.
06 Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. Graphic Avatar is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.
