01 Digital Products (Custom Avatars & Digital Art)
Because our digital artwork is custom-made specifically for you, we have the following policy:
- Before artwork begins: Full refund available if you cancel within 2 hours of placing your order.
- After artwork has begun: Refunds are not available as the work has already been personalised for you. However, we will offer unlimited revisions to make sure you are satisfied.
- If we fail to deliver: If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, a full refund will be issued immediately.
- If you are unhappy with the final result after all revision rounds, please contact us — we will do everything we can to resolve the issue fairly.
02 Physical Products (Handmade & DIY)
- Damaged on arrival: If your product arrives damaged, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no charge.
- Wrong item received: If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange collection and send the correct item immediately.
- Custom/personalised physical items (e.g. custom printed magnets, custom keychains) are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.
- Non-custom items (e.g. standard DIY kits) can be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original, unopened condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
- Opened or used DIY kits are not eligible for return unless the kit itself was defective.
03 How to Request a Refund or Return
- Contact us via our contact page or WhatsApp within the applicable time window.
- Provide your order number and a clear description (and photos if applicable) of the issue.
- Our team will review your request within 1 business day and confirm the next steps.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
04 Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after digital artwork has been completed.
- Incorrect photo or brief provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by the customer (e.g. late submission of photos).
- Customs delays for international orders.
- Opened or used physical products (unless defective).
- Orders placed with incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
05 Cancellations
- Digital orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing for a full refund, provided artwork has not started.
- Physical product orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing, provided the item has not been dispatched.
- To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
