We offer free revisions until you are 100% satisfied. Just share your feedback clearly and our artists will update the artwork. Typically 1–2 rounds of feedback are enough to get it perfect.

Yes! We offer 'Any Style On Demand'. If you have a specific cartoon style, illustration style, or reference in mind, place an order and share the reference. We'll confirm feasibility before starting.

You'll receive high-resolution PNG files (transparent background) and JPEG files, both suitable for printing. File sizes are typically 3000x3000px or larger, perfect for posters, mugs, phone cases, and more.

Yes! Our DIY kits come with step-by-step instructions, numbered sections, and all the paints/tools you need. They're designed for all skill levels — even kids (with adult supervision for younger children).

POP kits use a printed canvas-style board that's lightweight and great for framing. MDF kits use solid wooden boards that are more premium, durable, and have a beautiful texture when painted. MDF kits are also suitable for gifting.

Many of our handmade products like magnets, keychains, stickers, and crochet dolls can be fully customised with your photo or design. Add your customisation notes in the order form or message us after checkout.

Digital products (avatars, digital art) are delivered within 48–72 hours via email/WhatsApp. Physical products (kits, magnets, keychains, paintings) are dispatched within 3–7 business days and then take 3–7 more days to arrive depending on your location.

Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping typically takes 7–21 business days depending on the destination country. Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer's responsibility.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier's website.
